General Conditions

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you face any issues with your order, you can apply for a return within 6 days of receiving the product.
- Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return.
- To cancel your order, please email us at customersupport@nishhair.com within 12hrs of placing the order.
- A valid reason must be provided for the return.
- After 6 days of delivery, no returns will be processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Sale Orders / Discounted Products
- Orders purchased using a coupon code or store credit
- Accessories such as Evil Eye Jewel products, Scrunchies by Dinckle, Hair clips, and Combs
- Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions or in-studio trials
- Products that have been coloured, chemically treated, or damaged due to styling post-purchase
Return Process
For Domestic Orders (within India):
- Initiate Return/Exchange: Log in to your account on nishhair.com or click on this link and choose the product you want to return. Provide your reason and attach a picture.
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the exchange and arrange a reverse pickup.
- Shipping & Quality Check: Once the product reaches us, it undergoes a quality check (QC) to ensure it’s in original condition.
- Processing Time: The store credit issuing process takes 7-10 working days, as we arrange reverse pickup, conduct QC, and then issue store credit.
For International Orders (outside India):

Initiate Return: Email us at customersupport@nishhair.com with your order details and reason for return

Approval & Shipping: If approved, you’ll need to ship the product back to our Indian address at your own expense. Reverse pickup charges are to be borne by the customer.

Quality Check & Processing: Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we’ll issue the store credit to you via email.
Important Instructions
- Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products (washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, or brushed for curly or wavy hair) will not be accepted.

Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products.
- Kindly record a video or take images while handing over the product to the delivery person for return or exchange requests. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
- Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
- INR 200 will be deducted for all returns for logistics, prepping and packaging purposes
Refund and Store Credit
- WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
- Store credit will be issued after deducting Rs200 and can be used for future purchases or gifting.
- Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.
- Products bought after issuing the store credit are not eligible for the return or exchange.
Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take upto 20 days to deliver. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However this not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation or refund.
Sale Bought Orders
Orders placed during our Birthday Sale or any other special sale events are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. These limited-time promotions involve a high volume of orders that are processed quickly and hand-stitched with care by our team. Due to the workload and personalized attention each product receives, please note:

Delivery may take up to 20 days during peak sale periods.

Order cancellations will not be possible once placed.

No changes can be made to address details, product variants, or colors after the order is confirmed.

We strongly recommend double-checking all order details (product type, color, length, address, and contact information) before completing your purchase.
In-Store Purchases (Including Pop-Ups & Studio Trials)
All in-store purchases, including those made at pop-up events, exhibitions, or studio trials, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if you notice a defect or issue with your product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase so we can assist you. Any concerns raised beyond this window may not be considered.
