We Do Not Accept returns/exchange unless the product is damaged.

Exchange if the product is damaged and in return we can fix the same piece and cannot give you another piece due to the hygiene reason.
But if worn more than once non exchangeable
Please note international shipment will be delivered in minimum 30 working days after the order confirmation date.
However if the product is misplaced or at any circumstance (address change or product change after order confirmation),only product amount will be refunded or coupon code will be issued for further purchases.
No shipment charges will be refunded.

Errors rectified from our end will add a store credit of the customers actual paid amount for that particular product (deducting INR 100 for future shipments cost) as Nishhair bares only first time shipment cost for all online payments.
However the product needs to be sent back as our team will proactively take a decision of return or replace if needed after undergoing a hygiene check subject to the product reaching us in the same condition as shipped(terms and condition apply).
No extra allowance pertaining to the product will be placed.
