RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read before you wish to exchange or send the products back to us.

1. Products that are not valid for Returns or Exchange: 

  • Sale Orders / Discounted orders
  • Curly / Wavy Hair Extensions & Hair Toppers
  • Accessories 
  • Hair Perfumes 
  • International orders 
  • From pop ups or In Person Trials

2. What is the return & exchange period? Can I exchange my product? / Will I get a refund?/Can I return an item which was on sale?


If informed within 6 days of receiving the product (no sale order is eligible for return or exchange) with a valid reason. Other than that no exception will be made and if the product comes back to us out of that period, will be returned back without a reason to the sender.

Please Note – It is mandatory to mention your order No. & contact no on the package clearly while returning the goods.  

Regardless, store credit is given instead of a refund and  Rs200 will be deducted for all exchanges and returns. The store credit is a coupon code that can be used at checkout, for your next purchase or can be used for gifting.

If the product has been used or modified in any form, it will be returned back to you.

Must Read:

  • We are open to any return and exchanges that are done within 6 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met:
  • The cost of shipping back is borne by the buyer. 
  • Nish Hair is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.
  • Please Note – We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items as well as Evil Eye Jewel products including hair clips, Curly/wavy clip-ins / curly wavy hair toppers, hair perfume, hair scrunchies by Dinkle etc.
  • The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (washed, cut or brushed in the case of curly or wavy hair)

3. How do I process my return?

If you want to return an item please DM us on Instagram  @nishhair . The goods need to be returned to the address given via DM on Instagram. If it isn’t shipped to the same address as stated in the DM, we do not take any responsibility for the loss of the  package.

P.S: All customers have to pay for their returns or exchanges. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Nish Hair will not be responsible for any lost returns.

4. When will I receive the store credit?

Store credit is given to you in your DM on Instagram as soon as we receive the product in its actual condition but if the product wasn’t in the good condition or not valid for return it will be sent back to you in the same condition .

Refund is not an option & please do not embarrass yourself or us by asking for the same .
